Can't remember what it is called BUT every unfilled cell has double candidate bar 1 in box 7 . the forgotten rule is "set this to the value common to the triad" i.e in this example r9c1 =1 and this solves it |

It's the BUG+1 I think. I notice there's also a 17 W-Wing> r8c3=4 which sets it (or is it a skyscraper....?) |
