I enjoy trying to find one step solutions but I'm a REAL amateur so they take me a long time! Someone let me know if my chain is not valid or if the eureka notation is wrong. (It doesn't look right to me.)
5r1c2-r1c6=(5-2)r7c6=r7c1-(257={})r1c1;

5r1c2 -> 7r1c6, 5r7c6, 2r7c1; r1c1={} or in Eureka
Code:
+-----------------+----------------+-------------+
| (257)  6-5  26  | 4   3   (57)   | 8   9   1   |
| 57     8    1   | 57  9   6      | 3   4   2   |
| 34     9    34  | 8   2   1      | 6   7   5   |
+-----------------+----------------+-------------+
| 459    1    49  | 2   6   3      | 79  58  789 |
| 8      56   7   | 9   1   4      | 2   56  3   |
| 39     2    369 | 57  57  8      | 4   1   69  |
+-----------------+----------------+-------------+
| 9(2)   4    8   | 6   57  79(25) | 1   3   79  |
| 1      7    29  | 3   4   29     | 5   68  68  |
| 6      3    5   | 1   8   79     | 79  2   4   |
+-----------------+----------------+-------------+
NP(57)r1c16=2r1c1-2r7c1=(2-5)r7c6=5r1c6 -> 5r1c1==5r1c6 => -5r1c2; stte

I am terrible with the Eureka notation. My path was the XY Wing (349), with the pivot at r4c3(49) and pincers at r3c3(34) and r6c1(39). This meant that r3c1<>3 and r6c3<>3. This lead to a Finned X-Wing for (9) in rows 4 and 7, columns 1 and 9 with the fin at r6c9. If either the X-Wing OR the fin was true then r4c7<>9. Basics took me home from there.

Really enjoy reading and applying the various solving techniques everyone that posted used. I learn more everyday.

Thank you all.
