You cannot swap the 4 and 8 otherwise you would have 2 4s in each of box 2 and 6, and 2 8s in each of box 3 and 5.
It is not a UR as each of your cells is in a different box. I'm no expert on URs (and the different types), but the key point is that rows, columns and boxes must be shared. |
