this doesn't solve it. If you are looking for a cool way to eliminate some candidates using some Unique rectangle logic then in the image below you can see that the 4's in the UR (46)r56c57 only have the escape cells of r4c57 within the columns of the UR. these 4's then are strongly inferenced and eliminate the 4's in r4c13

the same can be said of the 4's in r56c13

My solution W wing then W wing?

39 wing in r5c8 and r8c7 eliminates 3s in r45c7 (and r89c8)
This sets r5c8 to 3 and r4c3 to 3

Then 29 wing in r7c1 and r6c9 eliminates 9 from r7c9 = 7
