To avoid VH+ moves, I used the X wing of 4's in either r19 or c37 to remove the 4 in r8c8
then 127 wing gives r7c78 <> 2 |

There's also a simple colouring solution in 1's. Not 1 Is 1
r2c9 => r7c9 => r8c8 => r8c6 => r2c6 <> 1 |
