Nice 2 step puzzle
My second step was a very similar XY 135 giving -1 in r4c8 and r5c2
or you could have -2 in r5c4 as then r5c5=4, r5c2=1, r4c3=5, r4c4=9 and r1c4 would also be 2 |

Either the 4 at r5c2 is true or the 4 at r6c5 is true. r4c34 are the link.
so r5c4<>4 |

Another way to solve is to stay in box 4 c12 and use r5c8 (13)
then r4c1 <>9 as this would either give two 9's in box 4 or no 3's in box 4 |

...and with a small shift from the same path above, the 9 at r6c2 is true or the 9 at r4c4 is true so r6c5<>9 |
