The "W" wing idea can be tweaked a tiny bit.
The 46 in r5c8 is connected via a Strong Link on 2's r7c89 to 49 in r9c9.
Either the 4 in r5c8 is true or the 4 in r9c9 is true. Either way r5c9 <> 4.
