As then r2c1=9, r2c7=2 which gives in row 1 <69> and <49> pairs and no room for a <2>
Or you could treat it like a sort of W wing giving no <9> in box 3 |

The fact that you have conflicting NPs in the same row is contradiction enough ! QED
Maybe go for the jugular and just say r2c1 can not be 9 because of the NP’s. ? |
