Two steps for me too, both maybe skyscrapers but not sure
Step 1: r4c5 and r5c2 are connected and <>8 as then no <8> in r8
Step 2: r7c1<>1 as then A=4, r7c4=4 leaves B+C = <1> |

Pretty similar.
I went for that skyscraper on 8's in r4c15 and r8c25. This makes r5c2 and r7c1 < > 8 and as you say, in this network other 8's will also get eliminated ie r4c5 and r7c4.
The remote pair <14> network is revealed which removes <14> in r8c5 (as per Clement) |
