Using just VH moves (i.e. X-Wings, XY-Wings, and XYZ-Wings) there's a 2 X-Wing in rows 3 and 6 (-2r2c1,-2r4c5) which opens up a 19-4 XY-Wing at r4c5,r6c69 (-4r4c9,-4r6c5) which solves it. |

If r45c7 is a <39> pair, then r5c8=8, also r7c7=1, r7c5=7, r8c4=8
this leads to no <8> in row 4, meaning r5c7=1 to solve |
