Three steps:
XYZ-Wing, pivot R2C2 eliminates a <1> in R1
X-Wing on 6
XYZ-Wing, pivot R2C6 eliminates a <9> in R2
But, seems it was a day for XY-Chains. |

Two XYZ-Wings did it for me, probably the same two that Asellus mentioned. |
