it is possible to remove 4 (and also 6) from r3c9:
Start with any cell of the chain, let's say r8c8
follow the weak link for the "=" case, follow the strong link for the "<>" case
if r8c8=7 then r9c9<>7 then r3c9=7 then r3c9<>4
if r8c8<>7 then r8c6=7 (then r8c6<>4) then r3c6=4 then r9c6<>4
this solves the puzzle |

There is a Sue de Coq:
{17} in R8C8 and R79C9 and {69} in R479C9.
It eliminates <7> from R9C8, <6> from R3C9 and <9> from R36C9.
It doesn't produce an immediate solution (a few more XY Wings do the trick), but is interesting. |
