2. xy-chain -46-61-13-34- removed 4 from r6c5, 65c9 |

For those, who (like me) dont understand the notation:
r4c9=1 => (r5c8 = 3 and r5c9 = 7) => contradiction because of the deadly 59 pattern. |

We already know about the {37} strong inference in R5C23. Now, either R5C7 is <9> or it is <6>. If <6>, then we have a potential {89} UR, marked @, that creates a second {37} strong inference in Box 4. Together, these act as a {37} Locked Set making R6C2 <9>. So, one or both of R5C7 and R6C2 is <9>, eliminating <9>s as shown.
