ravel,

I'd call it a wxyz-wing. Not something that I would be likely to spot.

Here's how I solved the second puzzle:

Remote pair <29> takes out <9> in R3C1.
XY-wing <29>.
Hidden set <136> in R3.
XYZ-wing <24>
Skyscraper takes out <2> in R9C9.
Type 3 UR takes out <3> in 3 places.
XY-wing <18>.
