Hello, looking at an old one here, have the hint... but still don't know why it fits !! It is from April 2, 2005. Can someone tell me why the 8 in the top row MUST be an 8 ? THanks.

Hello Sudo,
In row 1, do you have a naked pair in r1c1 and r1c4 with only a 2/4 in those places? If all you have is a 2 or 4 in those two squares, then you cannot have a 4 in r1c5 and it must be an 8. I hope this helps. |
