After doing 242 puzzles in this book, I thought I could breeze through the rest, but this one has me stumped. I think I must be missing an easy number because none of the other puzzles require advanced techniques.
Can you help?

Strong links in R169 line up in C136 and allow you to eliminate <1> in R4C1, R4C3 and R8C1.
