I'm stick - the hint says there is a 7 in r8c7. Can someone please explain why? I've stared at this off and on the past few days. Thanks, Lynne

It’s the old story of not seeing the wood for the trees.
The pair (68) in the second row serves to eliminate 7 from r2c7.
