Keith posted a super hard Menneske today that he desribes as having the highest rating he's seen. I can see the number in parenthesis with the super-hard puzzles, but I don't know what that number means. The higher the harder?

Certainly, the higher the number, the more difficult the puzzle.

I have read the explanation of what the number is:

and I do not understand it.
