This one has a very nice Unique Rectangle that solves it in one step. I think you could do it that way.
But, if you do not use the UR, it is very interesting. And, no, my solution does not use Medusa.

OK, here's my story. I ignored the Type 2 that appeared very early. I used an XY-Wing with pincer coloring, followed by two W-Wings. After that, basics finished it off, although there did appear another Type 2, then a Type 1 a little later. |
