Jan 19 DB takes only one xy-wing.
Are DB's and other puzzles getting easier, or am I getting smarter?

This XY-wing solves R5C5, and is available early on.
There have been much harder DB Saturday puzzles than this one.

I think the better question is at what point in your sudoku career did you think that this puzzle was easy? because to the casual observer, this puzzle might seem just as hard as any other.
if you took 100 random people and gave them three DB puzzles ( and they aren't told that the rating of the puzzles are about the same), would the consensus be that each puzzle had a different level of difficulty?? or would the consensus be that the puzzles had a similar level of difficulty? |
