Yes, there are two X-wings, but only one of them solves the puzzle. (It is the one that makes eliminations in R19.)

Well, I immediately found and used three x-wings and then did a lot of basics to complete the puzzle. I did use the one the that makes eliminations in r19 so I guess the others were useless, but I enjoy a puzzle with multiple steps.
