The Set M puzzles can be solved with Basics and Basics+ techniques. I'll identify each puzzle.
Basics : Naked/Hidden Single/Pair/Triple/Quad, Locked Candidate 1/2
Basics+ : Basics, X-Wing, BUG+1
I'd like to know if you found this puzzle worthwhile.

I tried to avoid the obvious Type 1 URs.
