Cool! Skys on 7 and 9. An xy on 179. And a plethora of colouring on 9.

I also had a four step solution. The first three were identical to those posted by Craig, but I preferred another skyscraper<9> instead of coloring to complete the puzzle.

I used a multi-coloring on 7, a skyscraper on 9 and three W-Wings, one on 89 and two on 19.
