Good, six step puzzle, but I suspect shorter solutions are possible.

kite8 with hinge in box9, that opens a
xy238 with pivot <23> at r1c3 that needs a pincer transport, which opens a
Type 1 UR13 that makes r3c7=3 to finish the puzzle.
