The third time is the trick. On first pass at the puzzle, I solved it using basics so I obviously messed up and tried again. On my second pass, I found a three step solution and then, after reading Norm's post, I found his/a one step solution.

I used three XY-Wings, all requiring pincer transport, a W-Wing and an XY-Chain. |
