This is puzzle #6-283136, rated 1.2.0.1.1. I can't even make a single move. I wonder what I missed.

I managed to find these two to start things off with.
(2=5)r2c7 - (5)r2c9 = (5-3)r7c9 = (3)r7c8 - (3)r1c8 = (3)r1c7; r1c7 <> 2
(8=3)r2c3 - (3)r5c3 = (3)r5c8 - (3)r7c8 = (3-5)r7c9 = (5)r2c9; r2c9 <> 8
leaves this grid.
Code: | .------------------.------------------.------------------.
| 1 268 4 | 269 5 289 | 3 89 7 |
| 368 9 38 | 16 178 178 | 25 4 25 |

It's solvable with fish and fundamental chains, but the solution is ugly and lengthy. There's probably an ALS -- which I consider to be a network technique -- that makes an important elimination and shortens the solution. |

Thanks. This seems unusually difficult for one of these. |
