This was a BBDB+++
I used twelve (yes, 12) steps. They included kites, skyscrapers ERs, xy-wings, xyz-wings, many, many pincer transports, and involved deletions of five different digits.

Mine was very similar to Ted's. I didn't use any kites, skyscrapers or XYZ-Wings, but I had a W-Wing, simple coloring and M-Wing. Pincer transports also played a key role. |

After the 3589 quad – there were two skyscrapers, three ERs, an x wing and two xy’s. Perhaps with a different order, I could have used less steps.
A good puzzle for a day of rest - as we all celebrate Queen Victoria Day. |
