Two steps:
x-wing 3 in r25c16 deletes 3 in r1c6 (and r6c1) to setup a
UR 24 in r26c45 that implies r6c4=7 or r6c5=3; both force r2c6=3 to complete the puzzle.

I assume that a single chain could be formed, but I considered each implication separately:
(7)r6c4 - (7)r6c13 = (7)r5c3 - (7=6)r2c3 - (6=3)r2c6;
(3)r6c5 - (3)r5c6 = (3)r2c6;
Both implications make r2c6=3.
