(1=7)r1c2 - (7)r7c2 = (7)r7c9 - (7)r6c9 = (7)r4c7 - (7=1)r4c3; r4c2 <> 1
ER 7 removes 7 from r6c9
w-wing {7,8} removes 7 from r2c1
