This puzzle was very difficult for me initially, but then I found the "key" and it fell soon thereafter.
Quote: | after basics, very few bivalue cells or other single digit moves.
a finned x-wing on 2 in r19c67, and then
an ER 9 with hinge in box9.
Then, after a lot of lost time looking for another move, I found a naked quad in box2! After some major cleanup, I finished the puzzle with
a xy-wing 23-5 with pivot in r1c7, and
a xy-wing 13-9 with pivot in r9c6 and pseudocell 19 in box2.

Time to go back to bed for a rest.
