Hmmmm!

I may have missed something easier, but all my solver found was 4x fish to crack this puzzle. The last 2x fish were far from obvious.

Your two big fish seem to be enough.
A finned-franken-jelly-6 along with a finned sword-6 do it as well.

That is getting way too silly. Smile

( I didn't spot the frankens without help. ) Embarassed
