Puzzle 6150734, rated 21.
A strange-looking grid. The only move I've made was a W-Wing on 26 which took the 2 out of r4c1.

UR on {2,8} r23c39
strong link on the 6 in r2c3 and the 9 in r3c3
(2=6)r5c3 - UR28[(6)r3c3 = (9)r2c3] - (9)r2c2 = (9-8)r7c2 = (8)r4c2; r4c2 <>2
leaves xy-wing (247) removes 7 from r8c1 and r2c2 |

| A discontinuous nice loop was used to set r8c1=4

Norm, I think you pointed out a similar strong link situation on a UR in another thread. Would you be kind enough to step me through the logic from the point where strong links are discovered on the non-deadly candidates to the point where an elimination can be done therefrom? |

First, we need to clear up the typo in Norm's quote. He has it correct in his chain. |

Thanks Danny, I understood that there were typos with the positions of the 6 and 9 reversed. |
