Continuing my recent interest with UR implications, I used the UR23 in r35c78. To prevent bad things happening, either r9c8=2 or r4c8=3. Using this implication, we get the following AIC:
(6=2)r9c9 - UR23[(2)r9c8 = (3)r4c8] - (3=5)r4c2 - (5=1)r6c2 - (1=8)r6c6 - (8=6)r6c8; r6c9<>6
After clean-up, a BUG+1 forces r3c8=9 to complete the puzzle.
