Danny, it is great to work your puzzles again
This was a typical NR style puzzle requiring seven steps for me to complete; I have no idea what may have been unnecessary.

Hello Ted,
It's nice to be back and I'm glad that you are enjoying the BBDB/NR puzzles. I have several more waiting in the wing.
I don't know the shortest number of steps, but my solver used several fun steps that I suspect you encountered as well.
