That was easy for you to say Danny, but I struggled before and after finding the xyz-wing; another BBDBer.

xy-wing 1-37 with vertex in r5c7,
a useless staircase skyscraper 3 in r69c4 provided a deletion after transporting a pincer,
a grouped kite on 7 in box4,
skyscraper 7 in r5c37,
another skyscraper 7 in r38c5,
xyz-wing 137 in r9c4,
a useless xy-wing -127 with vertex in r2c5 and pincer transport,
coloring 7,
and finally another coloring on 7.

Yes ... because I didn't check to see how difficult it was to manually spot the Skyscraper and 2-String Kites. Your solution essentially matches my solver's.

Code:
 r6  b4  Locked Candidate 1              <> 2    [r6c45]
   c8b3  Locked Candidate 1              <> 4    [r689c8]
 r8  b9  Locked Candidate 1              <> 5    [r8c456]

 c37r5   Skyscraper                      <> 7    [r7c2],[r9c89]
 r7c9    2-String Kite                   <> 7    [r3c5]

 r8  b7  Locked Candidate 1              <> 1    [r8c4568]

         XYZ-Wing r9c5/r7c5+r9c8         <> 1    [r9c4]

 r9      Naked  Pair                     <> 37   [r9c5]
   c5b8  Locked Candidate 1              <> 1    [r46c5]
   c4b8  Locked Candidate 1              <> 3    [r5c4]

 r9c2    2-String Kite                   <> 7    [r1c4]   -or-
 r19\c24 Sashimi X-Wing                  <> 7    [r8c2]

You're probably going to find NR_075 rough going as well. However, there are solutions posted for NR_074 that are easier than the one found by my solver, so I can't guarantee that NR_075 will be rough.

I'm considering generating new puzzles that don't have as many steps. So, you may find future puzzles less difficult but, hopefully, still fun.

Regards, Danny

Danny, please do not misunderstand my comments regarding puzzles that require lots of steps; I enjoy them very much Exclamation

True, I would not want a steady diet of them, but I like the "thrill" of wondering if the next step will complete the puzzle. This is especially true if I have no preconceived idea if the puzzle is a BBDB or a one- stepper. In either case, I enjoy looking for the unusual move; all of your puzzles offer a good, rewarding challenge. I look forward to each and every one.

I used a bunch of moves; as usual, I don't know if they all were needed.
