I cannot avoid log-in, every time.
( A year or so. )
An idiot might delete all cookies.
Skip that.
What cookies does this site set?
I can kill them.

Some time ago, I asked the same question and was advised that this feature does not (always?) work and that it would probably not be fixed anytime in the foreseeable future.

No changes have been made to correct this situation. You still need to log in each time.

I don't know what happens here, but I usually don't have to log in, but sometimes, such as last week, I needed to log in for reasons unknown. Also, sometimes when I check "Mark all forums read" that doesn't work either.
When logging in, you should check the box "Log me in automatically each time", but I'm not sure if that always works. |

Dadgum forum apparently logs me out (or loses my login/session ID) EVERY HOUR!! I'm SO tired of logging every time I check for updates, and ticking "Log me in automatically" DOES NOT WORK!! |
