It's not unlike some other BBs, with numerous givens and freebies. I didn't look for a shorter solution, although I expect there are some. My three steps were:

I missed the 145 triple in B9. There are also a few (four?) XY-wings that I missed because I did not look for them.

Rather, the X-wing on 3 reduces it to a BUG+2 in C9. (The triple reduces it to a different BUG+2.)
