Notice the 6-cell DP14 in r1c67, r3c69 &r5c79 marked #. To prevent the DP, r3c6=29 or r3c9=26 which forms a pseudocell 269.
Form an ALS 269 using the DP pseudocell and the 29 in r2c4. This ALS provides the strong inference (2)r3c469 = (6)r3c9.
Thus, (2)r3c469 = (6)r3c9 - (6=2)r2c7; r3c8<>2 to complete the puzzle.

I used a Type 4 UR (39) and XY-Wing (126).
