My first pass at this puzzle was a xy-wing. Then I noticed that Keith had the same solution, so I tried again and found a simple ALS.
ALS A 257 in r3c39
ALS B 57 in r1c2
Exclusive 5
Common is 7
R1c8<>7 completes the puzzle.
