I was still chasing ALSs, and ended up with five steps.

xy-wing 1-58 with vertex 18 in r2c9; r3c9|r4c7<>5
type 1 UR15 in r45c69; r4c9<>15
(6)r3c3 - r3c1 = r9c1 - r9c8 = r7c9 - r13c9 = (6)r3c8; r3c3<>6 (Found while looking at the UR 28 below.)
UR28 in r23c35 with strong link on 2 in row 2 & col5; r3c3<>8
ALS368[(8)r1c35 = (6)r1c3]r1c35 - r3c1 = r9c1 - (6=1)r9c8 - (1=8)r9c7; r1c<>8
