UR1s ruin many a fine solution.
This is a simple skyscraper, I'd see that quickly. |

I must have missed something in this thread, because this still looks like a plain old skyscraper to me!

A skyscraper removes a candidate; a baphomet sets a candidate. |

1.Baphomet in 7s:
(12-7)r3c3=r3c5-r6c5=r6c2-r1c2=r3c3 so r3c3 =7
2.The skyscraper on 7s (horizontal) is at r3c35 and r6c25 so r1c2 <>7 |

You guys crack me up!
It's just not in my nature to be the wet blanket. To prove it, I'll use the newly coined sub-classification in a sentence.

A Baphomet can remove a candidate also
(4=8)r4c4-r4c9=r9c9-r9c5=r5c5-(8)r4c4 so r4c4 <> 8
Code: | *--------------------------------------------------*
| 2 6 8 | 5 3 1 | 7 9 4 |
| 3 4 1 | 6 7 9 | 28 28 5 |
| 9 5 7 | 48 2 48 | 3 6 1 |
|----------------+----------------+----------------|
| 6 1 3 |*48 5 7 | 9 248 *28 |
| 5 7 9 | 2 4+8 3 | 48 1 6 |
| 4 8 2 | 1 9 6 | 5 7 3 |
|----------------+----------------+----------------|
| 8 3 6 | 9 1 25 | 24 245 7 |
| 7 2 4 | 3 6 58 | 1 58 9 |
| 1 9 5 | 7 *48 248 | 6 3 *28 |
*--------------------------------------------------*

Baphomet which eliminates 3 from r7c5
(3)r7c5-r7c7=r4c7-r6c9=r6c5-(3)r7c5 so r7c5<>3
Special prize for spotting the skyscraper this has replaced. It can't have 2 strings...
