All those 37 ADP at the bottom of the grid were tempting but I couldn't make anything of them.

Three VH steps...

xy-wing(35-7) r5c9 ; r7c6<>7

Four fun steps while looking for AXY-wings.

Quote:
Type 1 UR (48)r89c14; r9c4<>48
xy-wing -357 vertex (57)r5c6; r7c9<>3

AXY-wing 3-57 vertex (37)r1c2 pincers (35)r1c7 & (57)r2c1 with fin (17)r1c7
If xy-wing is true: r2c7<>5
If fin is true: ls(137)r1c278-(7)r1c5=r6c5-r6c12=r5c1-(7=5)r2c1; r2c7<>5

AXY-wing 23-7 vertex (23)r3c8 pincers (27)r2c7 & (37)r3c1 with fin (5)r3c1
If xy-wing is true: r2c1<>7
If fin is true: (5)r3c1-r3c9=r1c7-(5=7)r1c5-r3c4=(7)r3c1; r3c1<>5 contradiction

Peter, I also spent an unreasonable amount of time looking at the various DP (37) patterns plus the AMUG(237) pattern to no avail.

My four steps used Peter's three steps as my #2-3-4. I didn't have a Type 1 UR for 48, but I did after examining the implications the Type 3 which made r9c1<>1.
