I don't know what techniques you are or are not familiar with. Simple coloring on 6 will knock out the 6 from r3c1. The chain goes from r3c5-->r6c5-->r6c3-->r4c1. Either the start or end of the chain must be=6, thus the 6 in r3c1 cannot survive because it sees both ends of the chain.

There is a classic remote pair that takes out 69 in R1C6.
