Similar to JC... though I never had a type 4 UR(68), only a hidden UR..

Addendum : "To avoid DP (68)Band1 : => r12c9<>6" because (6)r12c9-(65)R3C9-(53)R3C5-3B1 : => (6)r12c9-(6)r1c1.
Note : not as elegant though as Peter's solution
