If xy-wing is true; r1c8,r3c2<>5
If the fin is true; r1c8<>5
So if r1c8<>5, then r1c8=1 and r2c8<>1=56
At this stage, I assume it is valid to re-examine the fin (5)r1c7 as follows:
If fin is true; (5)r1c7-(5=6)r2c8-(6=8)r9c8-(8=7)r9c6-r3c6=(7-5)r3c2; r3c2<>5
Overall, it is as if the xy-wing is just applied a second time.
A skyscraper completes the puzzle: skyscraper (5)r7c68; r2c45,r3c9<>5
