A wing...
Quote: | m-wing(15) with transport of bivalue ; (1=5)r6c3 - r6c2=r3c2 - r3c7=(5-1)r2c7=r4c7 ; r6c8<>1
As I type this I see I missed the much simpler w-wing(15) r6c3, r2c7, b6! |

I started looking for "almost" steps and found a ANT and AHP but then noticed the m-wing which was a one stepper........
ANT(267=8)r8c1|r9c12-r78c3=(8-5)r2c3=(5-1)r2c7=r4c7-(1=7)r4c3; r78c3<>7
AHP(14=8)r78c3|r2c3-(5)r2c3=(5-1)r2c7=(1)r4c7; r4c3<>1
m-wing (1=5)r6c3-r2c3=(5-1)r2c7=(1)r4c7; r6c8<>1
