A UR on 78 forces r3c1<>19.

I see the UR on 78 as a Type 4. (since there are only two 7s in C2/Box 1 you can remove the 8s).

There's also a skyscraper on 6.

On my grid the four cells are 78-78-78-3789, making it a Type 1. After removing 78 from the polyvalue cell, box 1 is left with a 139 triple which removes 19 from r3c1, as Kuskey mentions.

Not forgeting the XY-Wing 56 59 69 pivoted in r3c7 removing 6 in r7c9 which solves it as well.

After basics:
Code:
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 6    4    2    | 5    1    9    | 3    7    8    |
| 5    78   19   | 3    2    78   | 4    16   69   |
| 189  3789 139  | 6    4    78   | 59   125  259  |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 2    1    4    | 9    35   6    | 8    35   7    |
| 3    5689 69   | 7    58   2    | 569  4    1    |
| 89   5689 7    | 4    358  1    | 2    356  569  |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 4    36   136  | 12   9    5    | 7    8    26   |
| 19   69   8    | 12   7    4    | 56   256  3    |
| 7    2    5    | 8    6    3    | 1    9    4    |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
By the way, I don't see an X-wing.

There is also a 56-9 XY-wing in the grid above, which does not solve the puzzle.

I did my Type 4 before spotting the triple in R2 -so you could say I expeditiously saved finding two triples - or you could say I didn't do the basics properly.

I have checked it twice Keith. The XY-Wing 56 59 69 solves it

I said ALSO.

The 569 XY-wing in C7 R8 which takes out 9 in R3C2 does not solve it.
