I started with a fun 6-cell AUR which was very effective, but not necessary since my second move was really a one stepper........
AUR(39)r158c123 external sis r3c2=3, r5c6=9, r9c2=9; r8c1<>9=3
(3)r3c2-(3=9)r2c1
||
(9)r5c6-r89c6=(9)r8c5
||
(9)r9c2
Flightless xy-wing vertex (12)r7c3 with pseudocell (29)r46c3; r9c6<>9
(9)r6c3-r6c5=(9)r5c6
