An AUR seemed to do the deed.......

Quote:
AUR(49)r13c49 external sis: r7c4=4,r9c9=4,r3c6=9; r9c6<>4
(4)r7c4;
||
(4)r9c9;
||
(9)r3c6-(9=4)r7c6;

A couple of xy-wings also complete the puzzle in one step.

Ted

After basics:

| 9    7    4    | 2    38   13   | 6    5    18   |
| 6    5    2    | 489  7    149  | 14   3    1489 |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 7    4    9    | 3    2    8    | 5    1    6    |
| 3    1    8    | 5    4    6    | 7    9    2    |
| 2    6    5    | 1    9    7    | 8    4    3    |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 15   2    3    | 489  58   49   | 14   6    7    |
| 4    9    7    | 6    1    2    | 3    8    5    |
| 15   8    6    | 7    35   34   | 9    2    14   |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
The XY-wing -134 does it in one step.

I think mine's similar to Ted's. Using external analysis on the 49 UR, r7c4 = 4 or 9 or r9c9 = 4. Either way, r7c5, r9c5 and r9c6 = 853.
