Two steps:-
The x-wing in 1 in cols 6&7 sets r28c3<>1; r8c1<>1.
This opens an XY-Wing (15) (19) (59) pivoted in r8c6 setting r2c3<>5 which solves it.

The 159 xy-wing plays the other way round with pivot at r2c6 setting r8c3<>9.
